The exact information collected depends on whether you browse the public site, use NASCA Mobile, use NAIGIS Mobile, create an account, submit a complaint, request an appeal, or contact support.
Name, email address, organization, role, login identifiers, support contact details, and account settings when you create or use an account.
Seal lookups, public verification requests, complaint or appeal submissions, proof-pack references, and status pages you choose to access or submit.
App version, device type, operating system, diagnostics, crash data, security signals, and settings needed to keep NASCA Mobile and NAIGIS Mobile reliable.
Reports, complaints, appeals, uploaded files, screenshots, notes, support messages, or evidence you choose to provide.
