This page gives mobile users a web-accessible account deletion path for NASCA Mobile and NAIGIS Mobile. It is also the public deletion request page for Auvexra account services.
Send an email from the account address you want deleted. Include which product you used: NASCA Mobile, NAIGIS Mobile, PublicTrust, or another Auvexra service.
Include your name, account email, product name, and whether you want account deletion only or account plus associated app data deletion where legally available.
Deletion requests are reviewed so that the correct account is removed while required safety, legal, audit, and evidence records are handled responsibly.
Open NASCA Mobile or NAIGIS Mobile, go to Account or Settings, and choose Delete Account or Account Deletion Request when available.
If you no longer have the app installed, email the deletion request from the email address associated with your account.
We may ask for reasonable information to confirm that you own the account before deleting or anonymizing account data.
After review, Auvexra will confirm the request outcome or explain if certain records must be retained for legal, security, audit, evidence, dispute, or public safety reasons.
The account deletion URL is web-accessible so users can start a request even if the app is no longer installed. NASCA Mobile and NAIGIS Mobile should also link to this page from in-app account settings.
